Our Story

Seeking Balance was started in 2018 by co-founders Jeff and Monica Landreth.  Like most people today, they were trying to find a balance in their lives between work, family, health and a myriad of other things.

Seeking Balance was established with this premise in mind.  How do we find balance?  Not just work-life, but harmony between sustainable, practical, and functional.  Applying creative solutions for achievable results.
